Hi...I'm a SAHM...we just moved from India to the US last year and Im on a dependent visa...which means I can't work till we get our green card BUT I can start a business and receive money from that.We just found out our green card processing is crawling and I really want to help my husband out with the finances esp as there are commitments and we also have a toddler(...do you know of any work from home businesses that I can start that do not require a huge financial startup and that does really work(and yes financially pay off too)....please do let me know...Thank You

I think you should first start by asking yourself:

1. What is my job experience?
2. What are my unique skills?
3. What can I do better than most people?
4. What do I love to do?
5. What are my interests/hobbies?

If you let us know those, we may be able to help you a little bit more.

Thanks Kim, here goes...
1. Worked for 5 years as the Business Dev manager for a Print Company back in India...we would outsource print jobs from the US and Europe...print it at our print facility and ship it back out to the customer...everything from books, calendars and prepress work

2-5. I love working on the computer..not really gung-ho about figures and numbers..Love interacting with people and talking to people, working with children, doing anything with a creative twist. At this point though, Im really open to do anything....am a quick learner so doing something totally off tangent does not scare me...I'd love the challenge
