As one who doesn't "yard sale", but will stop in on one if on the way and easy to get to, those neon signs are great. I would suggest the neon lime green over the pink. The pink is hard to read. And use two of them if you need the space to avoid writing small. People driving by the signs simply can't slow down to read everything!!! And take them down right after you close up shop for the day. It's frustrating looking for a closed garage, and frustrating for the seller to have someone knocking on his door when the sale is over. Check with your city, also, because some require a permit and have rules about where the place them. Usually they do look the other way, but if you get caught in a political game (like when they want to raise more revenue), you can get hit with a fine, or your sign will simply be removed with no notice.
And I, along with most, won't touch you if your stuff looks dirty and is not priced. Toys and kids' things out front, clean and working, are great as a draw.
