Is this a big scam?

I haven't heard of this company, but based on other business models I've seen, it sounds like it's a click to pay. The problem I have with things like this, besides never seeing a real paycheck, and the low $ (pennies per ad) is that it really opens you up to spam and viruses. It is also a false way, IMO for companies to get hits - they use those numbers for a lot of things, and bumping them up falsely just stinks.
