Learn to negotiate. It's like a lost art: negotiating while keeping the respect of both parties intact. CEOs have to do it on a high level all the time.

It's a cliche, but learn how to win friends and influence people.

Learn how to speak well, stand up straight and how to write well. Write tactfully (especially in emails) and b sre u spell gud. Spellcheck just doesn't make the grade.
