I made this quilted purse for my 8 y/o niece...I intend to put some body wash and lip gloss in it (all traded for!). I made this purse and a purse for my 22 mo. old niece for less than five dollars!!! I even lined them!

I'm broke!! ROFL So I HAVE to be frugal this Christmas. I got the quilted material (around $2.50 or so, I think) on the clearance table at Wal-Mart AND the flannel lining (less than $.50!) that's inside of it. The button I already had from my scrapbooking stuff...LOL! The ribbon...$1.97 a roll and it did both purses AND I still have some left.

I had thought of making a diaper bag for my sister...I probably won't do the bow for hers, though because of it being a boy. What else could I put on there?? Maybe a cute car/train applique of some sort?? If I can find the fabric at the right price, I'd be willing to make one for ya, Jennifer!
