Altered clothespins

These are great with magnets attached to organize your fridge, or they can stand upside down and hold a photo on a desk or shelf. I've seen the giant ones at Micheal's 2 for $1.99.

This girl has lots of cute ideas for altered clothespins in her etsy shop: giant clothespins, clothespins

Build-a-robot magnetic toys... You could make build-a-anything with different pieces. I think monsters would be fun to mix and match!

I made these one year for my familys Stockings, they were a big hit! Big animal lover family!

Dog Portrait Frame

Materials:
- Flat wooden frame
$1.00 at Dollar Store
- Dog-bone treats
$1.00 at Dollar Store
- Water-based high-gloss polyurethane
Got a small containor for a $1 something
- Small paint brush
$1.00 at Dollar Store or if you have one around the house
- Hot glue
You should have around the house

Instructions
Remove the glass and the cardboard backing from a flat wooden frame and set them aside. Lay the wood, face side up, on a flat working surface and arrange crunchy dog-bone treats on top of it. Place them horizontally, end to end to fashion a border all the way around, or diagonally to accent the corners.

Once the pattern is determined, remove the dog bones, lay them face down, and apply a coat of water-based high-gloss polyurethane to the backs. Once dry, hot-glue the bones to the frame so that the polyurethaned sides are against the frame (adults only).

Apply polyurethane to the tops and sides of the glued-on dog bones, let dry, and apply another coat of polyurethane.

When the final coat is completely dry, insert the puppy's photo and reassemble the frame.

Movie Night Stocking Stuffer:

Found these at Dollar Tree for a $1.00!

Dollar Tree also has DVDs, Boxes of Candy, & Boxes of Popcorn all for $1.00! Thought I would put a box of Candy, a DVD, & a bag of Popcorn from the box. So a cute movie night stocking stuffer for under $4.00!

And if you would like to make one bigger for a regular gift, they do have bigger containers.
