For me it seems to be either grass stains (DS) or grease stains (DH).

I don't struggle so much anymore with grass stains with my DS as he is older now, but when he was younger it was terrible at times. Since those early years my DS was in football this past fall and I discovered the trick to getting those grass and mud stains out. I first use Grease Lightening and then Dawn detergent.

The grease stains that my DH gets are the kind from cooking food and I always have used Shout on them, but lately it doesn't seem to be helping, hmmmm, never gave it a thought until now maybe I should give that grease lightening a try.

What is you major stains that you struggle with?

Maybe someone on here has a solution to it!

I am a terrible laundress.

I can never get stains out! I have problems with grease, grass, food, you name it.

The only stain I have gotten out successfully is blood - I got that out with hydrogen peroxide and it worked like a charm!

Burn the good candles, use the nice sheets, wear the fancy lingerie. Don't save it for a special occasion...Today IS special.

Red mud, the only bad thing about living in Georgia, I have yet found anything that will get this completely out.

I gave up the cheap laundry soap and started buying Tide. It is so darn expensive, but well worth it!

The only thing I am having trouble with is pen. Anyone have a remedy?
