I promised my very dear daughter that I would post this and show it off for her.

She sees me posting things on here, and wanted one of her own projects "featured".

She had to do a model of the Great Wall of China for her Geography class. Part of the project was to display 20 facts about China as well. She made her model out of cork board, and then pinned the facts onto the wall. Then she found that really cool site that I posted to convert her name to Chinese....and you can see it in front of the wall. Oh and we spray painted the cork model with gray paint so that it looked "real".

She was very proud of her work ( mom and step dad helped a little ) But it was all her idea!!

Great job Brooke!! That is really good! I do not remember having to do projects like that when I was 11???

It probably didn't need to be that "elaborate", but with two creative parents in the house...I guess we went overboard a little....the teacher had suggested using popcicle sticks or something...

Step-Dad took her shopping for the supplies...they came back from Michael's after spending about $40. I wasn't too happy. He usually isn't like that...but I guess we all got into this project a little too much!!

THATS GREAT!!! GOOD JOB....yeah i dont remember having to do those kind of things when i was in school either....but im looking forward to helping dawson with those....
