So, here are today's challenges!!!

1. Laundry. I am behind after our trip....so let's start with that! Go fold and put away one load...and get another going. Five minutes.

2. Then, empty that dishwasher...and reload anything from the counters/sink! Five minutes.

3. Go into the living room and put away EVERYTHING out of place. Ten minutes.

4. Do the same as above in any other main living areas of your house. (den, kitchen, etc.) This includes those kitchen counters!! Fifteen minutes.

5. Dust!!! Oh my is my house bad after a week off. Ten minutes.

6. Head toward the master bathroom. My dh was here this last week without me. You would think he could scrub his own toilet...but, NO, it is up to me. I want that bathroom to sparkle. Make sure to do the floors, too!!! Fifteen minutes.

7. Go grab another load of clothes to fold and put away. Five minutes.

8. Since all the clutter is picked up, go vacuum the main areas of your house. See how nice it is looking already?!? Ten minutes.

9. Water all houseplants, clean up around them (dead leaves, dirt, etc), or if you have silk plants, wipe down those dusty leaves. Fifteen minutes.

10. Go straighten up your dvd/vhs collection. I know this one sounds strange, but my kids are so bad about shoving the cases back half way in or putting movies back without being in the case. Get that mess in order!!! Ten minutes.

Okay....see, you have me motivated. I can do this..I can..and I will!!! Will YOU???

How does it take you only 10 minutes to dust? I feel like it takes me at least that long for each room. I have venetian blinds and a bunch of chair rails as well as base boards that seem to always be dusty. Any tricks on making the dusting go faster?

it takes me forever to dust everything and in 9 rooms of my house is either black wood or cherry wood and it takes atleast ten minutes per room! I use orange spray but I hear swiffer dusters work awesome?

Thanks, littleredmama. I'm glad I'm not the only one who has to spend so much time dusting!
