I started painting my picket fence in hopes to have it white before DH gets home. It is continually soaking up the paint so I am white washing it first and then putting the reg. paint on. I have white washed the entire inside and a little section on the outside of the fence. I still have some white washing and then the final coat. It surrounds our entire front yard. So, I am starting to feel like i don't want to finish it. I have cut down on how much i work on it a day, so if i continue at the pace i am going i think i will be done sometime on friday.
I was tihnking about asking some of the boys up the road to do it, they are in middle school and hs. How much should i offer to pay them? OR.........should i just suck it up and finish the job?
