Family of 4 here and most days it is once a day, sometimes every other day (if we use paper instead ( and that would be for grill cooking so no pots and pans) or eat out).

We are a family of 4 and this is us. I wash all pot & pans by hand, but everything else goes in the dishwasher. The kids use side plates for meals not the reg. big plates. We use the same glass all day. And we eat all our meals at home.

Same here, but a family of four. I can't imagine my water bill if I did more than one load a day.

Family of 8 or 9 here and we do at least one a day, sometimes 2. I don't wash anything by hand, but we use lots of paper plates.

During the week we are a family of 4 and I run the dishwasher usually everyother day sometimes depending on what we have for meals, I do have some cookware that is too big for my DW so I must do that my hand along with my Pampered Chef Stoneware, On the weekends it is a family of 6 and I usually run it once aday, again depends on our eating situation and we do use paper for sandwiches and things like that.

When I run the dishwasher it is usually everyother day or so. I handwash my pots & pans & stuff that can not go in the dishwasher. So I handwash stuff probably once a day.

I do at least one load a day. Sometimes 2 if I do some baking or have company for dinner. Oh, we're a family of 4.

there are 6 of us and i run the dw 1-2 times a day. usually once though. we eat most meals at home and i hand wash only whatever won't fit in the dw.

Also, i make sure the kids use the same cup most of the day.
