I learned to use a knitting loom this week. I've been able to crochet for a while but wanted to try something different.

Great job! How hard did you think it was? What about for someone who doesn't know how to crochet?

You can definitely learn and its not hard at all. Once you get the hang of it, it goes REALLY quickly. I bought the loom at hobby lobby, but any craft store would have them. I didn't understand the instructions that came with it but I did find a neat website with pictures and went from there.

How to Loom Knit

Here is the website with the instructions. I have a plastic loom just like the one in the pictures. Mine came with 4 different sizes in one package, the hook, and the needle.

Really it has nothing to do with crochet at all so that doesn't matter one bit. You could definitely learn. Just look at the other post where I put a link to the instructions.

Wow! Those are very cute. My dd would love one of these. She pretty much lives in hats.
