Everytime I wash clothes something gets alittle smaller. My DH has to keep getting new work shirts because I keep shrinking them and my DD wears size 12 mo and is only 7 mo. Because of my shrinking habits. I wash all clothes except whites in cold water. And to dry I put them on low heat. How do you guys do it. I am getting ready to just forget the dryer and hang everything up around the house to dry. Relatives who use the same washer have no problems Help

I have no idea what you could possibly be doing to shrink clothes if you are using cold wash and low dry. Maybe you keep them in the dryer too long? I really have no idea! Have you noticed if it is a specific material that keeps shrinking? You have checked the labels, right? I'm sorry that I have no ideas......

Where are you buying the clothing...? Unfortunately I think cheaply made clothing does shrink and fade much more easily than more quality items. Aside from that, I've never heard of clothing shrinking as dramatically as you are indicating from washing on cool/cold and drying on low. Perhaps your dryer is malfunctioning?
