I have recently moved to a much smaller house and I am having our 4th baby any day now. I have come up with a few storage ideas that work really great, but wanted to see if there was any other ideas of storage solutions for not a lot of money. This is what I have come up with so far:

1 Clear shoe caddies..6$ at target...used them on the back of every door in my house. Pantry closet for spices... Babies room for shoes, socks, bibs, hats...Master bath for all my stuff, contact solution, face care products,make-up,hair care...Sons room for toys..Extra closet for medicines...Entry closet for gloves, hats, scarves.
2 Dish pans..1$ at dollar store...use in refrierator for extra draw space...laundry for sorting socks and underware...Kids room for toys...Garage shelves for garage stuff.
3 Binders and sheet protectors...1$ at dollar store...use for home management binder system...Have a binder for my day to day calendar, chore schedules and contact info...one for each kid...take-out menus and entertainment info...holiday prep... budget info
4 Clear shoe boxes...1$ at walmart...use to make first aid kit...All meds that are for cold season...store bateries of all sizes
5 Pencil pouch..1$ at walmart...use for diaper bag to separate baby stuff...works as a great make-up bag...small toy storage...use shower ring and hang multibles together

Those are some of my ideas are there any other ideas out there that you all use???

Those are some great ideas. I use the clear shoe boxes from walmart, too.

I use plastic flatware caddies in my drawers for pencils/pens/erasers/sharpeners, make-up, straws and plastic ware, and often-used tools like screw drivers the sizes of the battery compartments on toys, tape, crazy glue, scissors, etc. It has helped keep the clutter in the drawers to a minimum.
