This is my first year gardening and I was wondering what I do at the end of the season? I think I've got just about everything that's going to come up except a few more cucumbers and sqaush. Do I pull all the lants up when I'm done or just leave it?

I pull them up and throw it into the compost. My first year I tried leaving it there and tilling it back in to the garden - what a mess. I prefer adding only as much aged compost as I need.

As the plants are done I pull them out immediately.

Thanks that's what I thought but I wasnt sure!
