I agree about the blue one. You should make more like that-in various colors (white pink yellow)

Thank you all sooooo much for your feedback ladies! It really means a lot. I always wonder if anyone else would like the things I make.

I made these where the little brim rolls up on the outside instead of a "hidden" brim which is basically hemmed on the inside. I think the roll is cute and it give you more flexibility with how long the baby can wear them as he/she grows.

I too like the fuzzier ones myself. So far I've made them all with yarn I have already at the house. I have 2 huge rubbermaid totes filled with yarn so I was trying them out.

I agree that $5 is probably a good price. I can still make a pretty good profit with that price I think and then I would be able to charge 8-10 for the different adult sized hats. You ladies are great. I think I'll go to hobby lobby today and see what other neat yarns I can come up with so I can get to making some more!!!

Thanks, I'm actually making another one identical to that right now. I should have it finished in less than 5 more minutes if I can get the time to work on it.

I'm going to tell you what my friend, who's done the craft fair thing for several years now, don't under value your work! Her craft items are nice and she spends time on them and she expects to be paid for her work. And she is paid for her stuff. So I would aim a little higher - more in the $8 - $10 range - if it is too high you can always lower your price at the next craft fair.

They're very cute hats and I would be willing to pay a bit more myself for one. Can you make matching mittens as well?

I haven't learned to make baby mittens yet but I'm sure if I had a pattern I probably could. I'll see what I can find on patterns, that would be a good idea.

I like the blue one too. [b]ut too be honest the only thing I would suggest is adding a strap to tie them under their chin.(not velcro) you know how hard it is to keep a hat on!!

I agree!! I would pay $5 for them. Those types of things are usually big hits at craft shows. I love stuff like that.
