It has to be music and I really do prefer the 80's for cleaning! I used to pop in a Rick Springfield CD until I got the satelite channels now I clean with Martha Quinn or any of the old MTV Vjs GREAT SONGS makes me feel young again

If I turn on the TV I end up watching it!! I do most of my cleaning when my girls are napping/sleeping at night, so I put on a CD with nature sounds, rain, forest sounds, etc. Helps me wind down and relax after a busy day!

normally it's music, however, if it's really bad I turn on Dr Phil. There's no way I can sit in a dirty house while he's on. I feel guilty like he is talking to me about not cleaning.

MUSIC!!! I'll put on James Taylor's greatest hits or maybe even High School Musical. My newest favortite is the soundtrack to Hairspray. If I can dance when I clean, I usually do a better job!

I listen to music. Usually the oldies station, and we grove while cleaning
