Would you prefer to listen to music, have the TV on to a particular channel, listen/watch a movie, or just whatever background noise is going on at your house at the time? I am going to turn on some 80s music and CLEAN! Maybe I'll turn the TV to VH1 Classics or the 80s channel on the satellite tv's music station. Maybe it'll motivate to get all of the cleaning done faster. Guess we'll see about that !

i usually turn on the tv to a music channel. have to have music on all the time! my kiddo's think i'm weird that i actually know the words to songs that they like besides, music being on while cleaning, makes the job go a little faster!

I like lots of candles lit - and A Nice Serene atmosphere

I like listening to music, right now I love Jack Johnson (although his song Banana pancakes does tend to make me a little hungry )

Any tv distracts me and it takes twice as long. I try to do it quite. As I clean each room, I light a candle so it smells clean and yummy when I am done!

I like listening to music, I feel likeI move faster.

Music!! My mom used to blast Bob Marley, James Taylor, UB40 or the Beatles when she cleaned Saturday mornings when I was younger. I guess I need music myself to do it now.

I like to pop in one of my DVDs of either MASH, Sanford and Son or Sex and the City. I have seen every episode a billion times, so I don't get distracted. And the entertainment keeps me moving.
I also love to do the same when I craft or sew! :happy dance:
