I just have to ask ...

I am sick of buying the 10.00 Containers of oxy clean! Yet it is the ONLY way My Clothes truly come Clean.

I always have a Large Bucket of water and Oxy clean ready to Throw stained Clothes in.

I let em ' soak for a Couple days - then wash them.

I am hoping someone has a Similar Formula that I can use to soak Clothes in .

TIA!

I wish I knew how to make that stuff to, it is like magic. But I do know a trick to remove rust stains. Which are not as common but hey it never hurts to know. You put lemon juice on the rust stain and then let air dry in the sun and wash as normal. My mom used to do that for older clothes and it worked great.

I think I'll start using the oxyclean if it works that great. I tried the dawn dish soap and that just hasn't worked on the stains on my kids clothes. Do you ladies use the oxy on colored/bright clothes too?

I fill a Large ( about 5 gallon) bucket with warm water and An Overlowing scoop of oxy Then I Throw Clothes in as needed - when the buckets Full I dump it in the washer and Wash with other clothes -

The clothes I end up having to Soak are usually Lighter colors - I haveeen't had many stains On Darker clothes yet.

My Container of Oxy clean is half gone.
tonight in walmart I Bought a smaller container of oxy - a brand called Sun - It was much cheaper -
I am going to add this to My container of Oxy clean - hopefully its Just as good - when I Mix the two!
