I bought a bunch at CVS at the end of summer for 75-90% off (I do this every year). I got gummy worms, sour straws and gummy lifesavers. Then Target had a sale on their full sized bars (I only buy full sized) for $8 for 30. I bought a couple of them.

Just the other day I was at Amelias (a discoung grocery near me) and they had a lot of really good deals on candy. (I didn't buy any there because I am done)

giant eagle has bags of candy for $1.98 though this wed.

CVS has the snack bags 2.99 buy 1 get 1 free, plus there is a coupon in the Sunday paper for $1 off 2 bags certain candy (MARS brand I believe) so I got 4 bags there today for $5.41.

At BJ's~ If you're a member, have these big ol Chocolate Town Favorites mix bags reg 9.99 with an instore savings of $2 so they are 7.99 each...there are take-5 bars in it so I bought 2...1 to hand out and 1 for PMS emergencies.

Just dawned on me today at McDonalds... They have 12 coupons for $2. That's much cheaper than you can that stuff yourself.
