I was wondering if they make those big telephoto lenses for digital cameras. I have a Canon A95, which I adore to pieces.

I want a lens, like the ones you snap on regular 35mm cameras, that can take "long" shots...like things 300-400 yards away. We have a 80 acre field behind us, with lots of critters, and I just watched a big ol' buck walking around, chasing some does, and generally acting like a silly deer. DH would have loved to see it. I even tried to photograph it through the binoculars, yeah, that didn't work. You can see the smudge of the deer

I just don't know even how to start. Do they even make lenses for digital cameras?

Help!

Oh, awesome! :D

Here's some pics I've taken with my little digital friend. I love it! (All these are from my cabin)
