if you have room store them above your cupboards in pretty photo boxes that match your kitchen.

I just organized mine! I have around 60 or so...maybe more. Anyway, I went to Target where they have their storage containers. They had mini three drawer pull out storage containers, each drawer can hold around 5-6 cookie cutters obviously depending on size. I arranged them first by holiday then by shape/theme. For example, maybe 4 drawers are Christmas, then the next drawer I did was for valentine's day. The next for Easter, the next an American flag, the next leaves, the next Halloween, the next Thanksgiving. Then the next would be particular shapes: sports, then the next drawer just circles, squares, etc.

I store them in my cupboards, with the drawer handles just matching up with the front of the cabinet doors. It is so organized, I do very little rummaging, can always find what I want. I like to cut sandwiches out of fancy cutters and didn't want to have to rummage on school days. Ds has the engineering gene, though, so he's like "why did you cut my sandwich in a circle?" I guess maybe I'll just stick to the fancy sandwiches for myself! I appreciate a flower cut out sandwich!
