For me I like catching people doing what they love. For my daughter's 3rd birthday I gave her balloon - those were my favorites. Or I really want to get picture of my mother quilting. Posed pictures are nice but so many people, me especially, get these big dopey grins!

I prefer pics that are taken with the subject not looking directly at the camera.
