We have a large living room (15x27) and its used for the kids toys (ones that don't fit in their room and some ride ons) and watching tv. We do a lot of that. lol Anyway, I was thinking of making this room into only a playroom, taking out the couches and tables and other large furniture and moving them to our front room which is currently serving as our room. Our room and the kids' rooms will be upstairs (needs a lot of work right now). The room is maybe 15*15. What do you think? I love the idea of having a living room for just relaxing and no toys!

I think that would be a great idea! I wish we could do something similar, but our house isn't big enough for something like that.
