Have you ever made your own board game?

The whole family made a board game once from all little things from the house and a lot of paper. It took all day to make then play. Has any one else done this?

I use to do these for the reading program but I haven't done it with my children yet. Thanks for reminding me. Sometimes it is funner making the game than it is playing it!
