Me, Me, Me!!!! I would love to move just so we have no choice but to start over. I spent a day two weeks ago cleaning 1/4 of the basement and there is about 15 bags/boxes of trash and 6-8 boxes for charity. Of course, it's still down there!

TOTALLY! DH was getting ready to walk out the door today and he said "so your project today is??" and I said (with a big smile) "gardening?" LOL and he laughed and said "yep - everything you see is a weed" Honey you have no idea how true that is. I've been taking so much trash out of my house and I get something clean and the trash monsters come in at night and bring it back.. I'm working on it.....

I have the spring cleaning itch!! It's been been about 65 degrees outside all week but I've had to work and now it's raining. When I clean I love to have the windows open.

And I do agree with starting over fresh. When we had our first house we only had a few hand me downs. Two kids later we our house is bursting at the seams.

I love how it feels to clean and get rid of STUFF.

My kids love to play in a clean room so they usually follow behind and mess it up.

My whole family is on Spring Break this week and I told them all that we are going to have a list of chores everyday along with a list of FUN to d0. So far, today we have cleaned dd bedroom and put away ALL her clothes. I managed to put my new bedding on my bed. About time, I've only had it for two months I have two tubs of clothes for the attic and three tubs of donations for the church garage sale in two weeksOh yeah, the fun part was going to walmart and picking out paint for the ds's room and getting ice cream at Cold Stone.

I have it too! I sometimes feel like you that I would love to start over! I've been decluttering since January and have been ruthless! I'm soooo tired of the c**p! It really feels good to just do it and I feel lighter not having soooo much! I don't regret anything I've gotten rid of either! That was my main worry. Also, I read somewhere that good things can't come in unless you let things go and let me tell you, that is sooo true!

I love spring b/c it gets me in the mode of spring cleaning! I feel like if I have less stuff there is less to put away........with kids I'm not so sure though. The stuff always finds it's way in front of me!!

So instead of starting over, I try to get rid of what we don't need and stop bringing so many things into our home. It's difficult though.

I emptied out our front entry closet. I got rid of 3 boxes of junk! Feels soo good!

We are getting boxes tonight to start packing, we are moving in 13 days.. so now i get to declutter while i pack!! it will be nice to start over fresh.

Yep, in fact saturday, I pulled out a brand new light blue striped bedspread and put it on the bed, whith crisp white and blue sheets, and of course I had to make new curtains to match.

Then yesterday after church, dh and I started on the flower bed out front. He moved the gazbo from the front to the side of the yard. Then we planted two new rose bushes and of course I had to rearranged the garden stuff! I threw away the stuff that had broken over the winter.

Now this week I want to start pulling out my spring/summer knick-nacks!
