When it comes to your spring cleaning - do you try to do it all in one day or do you do 1 room each day? What does your spring cleaning involve?

I really don't do 'spring cleaning'...I just try to clean really well, all year long.

I finished my spring claning about 3 weeks ago and for me spring cleaning is top to bottom....inside and out...every square in of my house got touched with a rag!

one room a day...all gets washed( bedding, pillows, stuffed animals and curtains and throw rugs and all get hung out) mattress get vacuumed really good and flipped, all the stuff comes out of the rooms( as long as i can lift it) and all walls get washed, floors get washed , everything is put back in and dusted really good, and the windows come out and screens get washed and windows too, and then the room is de-cluttered, clothing is tried on( if bedrooms) and they can donate anything they no longer wish to have. i am almost done here...just need to wash beddings and stuffies and screens and bedrooms are done but its too cold yet to hang out on the line ( rest of the house is done).

i'm working on this now... usually 1 room a day, but sometimes i'll work on little areas in different rooms. The kids bedding was washed yesterday.... still need to do the bedding in my nieces room... and we have some things in there that are getting hauled out on Friday. I am trying to get a bunch of decluttering done by Friday b/c dh plans on taking stuff to the dump then.

The only thing extra I might do would be the outside of the windows.

I've been trying to do one major cleaning thing each day (ok, maybe every other day )
