I use half and half vinegar water to spray on them, wipe with a towel and then go over the streaks with a microfiber cloth.

Dont try cleaning them if the sun is beating on them??? I never have any streaks when I clean my mirrors unless its very hot and the sun is beaming through the window. I use windex and a paper towel.
