Do you ladies use them? I use Glade Fresh Linen ( I love the smell) and I use the febreze oil plug ins. They smell so great!

Yep. I use the oil plug in too. I usually use the tropical breeze (or something like that). I also love love love the Yankee Candle "clean linen" scent for my car. Smells so fresh!

I don't use plug in ones - I'm paranoid about them catching fire. I really like the reed diffusers. I have some in sandalwood.

I don't like air fresheners...so I don't use them. For me, a clean house smells how I want it to smell - that and opening a window for fresh air, does it for me!

I have used Bath and Body Works wallflowers before until my oldest had an asthmatic reaction. Oh well. I do use Glade 2-in-1 candles and it doesn't bother her at all.

I have to be careful with what I use for freshners as DD has certain allergies and asthma. So, I stick to dried/liquid potpourri, renuizit solids and glade scented oil candles. I also can only use soft smells for them.

My sisters and I have developed allergies to those sorts of products as well as most scented candles (except the expensive ones made of natural oils). We always have to ask people to not burn scented candles or plug those things in if we're going to someone's house. I about suffocated when i went to my best friends' house once for a party - she set up in the basement instead of outside because of rain & she had just mopped the whole place with pinesol. I couldn't go down there for about an hour. There's no ventilation in a basement to get that smell out!

I have a special little pot for the stove (any pot will do that you don't want to cook in again), I warm water in it and add essential oil (any scented oil) or vanilla flavoring, or cinnamon, or citrus peels and it gently scents the whole house. Nice!
