to feel comfortable in your new home?

we bought ours almost 2 years ago, and now, just recently, I have felt like it is mine.

I have added enough touches to say I did this and that....

mind you, we have a fixer upper... so I know that makes it more difficult, but it is nice now

still a little strange, but slowly this house is now my home

I guess I felt at home pretty much right away. We moved here about a year and a half ago. Of course I am not really into decorating or anything.
