This step goes with step 2, now that you got rid of the clutter from your hot spot and put it in your junk drawer, we need to pare that down.

Clean out never used objects, any multiples and anything that is past their expiration.

Now take what you have left and neatly arrange it in the drawer. If need be use some small empty cardboard boxes so stuff doesn't roll around, keep pencil/pens neat, put everything in it's place.
