I get the emails, but I never read them anymore. I used to be a loyal follower, except for some of her rules. (Sorry, I don't always wear my shoes!) I really need to get back on board, essp with the zones.

If you do, what is your greatest triumph? What tip do you HATE??

I used to follow flylady, but it just didn't work for me. There are some things she didn't do enough times and others I wasn't going to do every day. I have used her program to adapt my own, though. I do get the daily digest emails because I use the weekly preview on Mondays of Kelly's missions. I also have her book, which is SILLY because everything in the book is on the website, lol.

I tried it for a while...I'm pretty structured on my own though, but it was fun to do it 'flylady' for a while. I like some of her ideas but some stuff, I just never did...LOL.

There is also 'motivated moms'...very similar to flylady.

I've not done it personally, I did sign up for the emails to see how they were set up (but didn't really follow them LOL). You can subscribe to a yahoo group that sends you the daily emails...so maybe try that first?

Thanks!

Anyways..back to flylady.

This is one of my main goals for the month.
I've been a member for probably 8-10 months. I have never really Followed.. i mean i try my "hardest" for a few days then i just get bored. BUT, i'm just so unorganized after our move.. everything is in disarray. it is wearing on DH, he hasn't said anything, i can just tell by his actions. SO, as of yesterday I'm REALLY REALLY trying!!!

what i'm thinking is that i can try out her system for a month and if it just doesn't fit quite right i can modify it!

That is what I have done with the FlyLady systems. I followed her religiously for about a month, but there were some things that just didn't fit in with my lifestyle, so I have modified it to meet my needs...

For example: I have a daily checklist of things that I need to get done daily (around the house), sometimes I follow her mission for the day other times I don't, I don't always wear shoes, I do follow her before bed routine, but not her morning routine suggestion,... I will say that I have taken her 15 minute timer philosophy and adapted it to fit my lifestyle (with my own timer that I already had).
