I use a mop by Fuller that has washable reusable mop pads. I have 1 for dusting and 2 wet pads.

For really big jobs (like cleaning up after remodeling) I used a squeeze mop and bucket. I have that on hand for bigger messes.

I actually do that with my swiffer. LOL I can get a bottle of solution to last forever, I just spray the vinegar on the floor and mop it up with the wet jet. LOL

Good ole hands and knees for me! I do a much better job with vinegar in a spray bottle and a towel than any mop.

It's hands and knees for me. I'm trying to change that. Thinking about a steam mop, but I'm afraid I will go right back to just hand washing. Nothing can get into my corners better than my hands.

Ditto...

I haven't found any mop to compare to doing it on your hands and knees. I use a pile of rags (washcloth size), so I use a clean rag almost each time I wipe the area. Sounds time consuming, but it goes by pretty quick and I know the floor is as clean as I want it.

I do use a dry swiffer almost every day, but I don't consider that 'cleaning' my floor. That's just picking up little things on the floor. I tried the wet swiffer, but it didn't clean well enough for me and I didn't like the smell of them.

I do use a sponge mop occasionally for a quick fix.

I have changed through the years as to how I mop. When I first got married I did the good ole hands and knees, then I was expecting so I used a sponge mop. They were ok but would soon fall apart. So when Swiffer came out I went to that, but soon discovered that the stubborn stuckon things it couldn't get off. So now I am back to the good ole way of hands and knees.

mop? whats that? JK - I use a swiffer with a washcloth on it, and spray the floor with cleaner. Occasionally the floor requires an old fashioned hands and knees cleaning, but for the regular stuff, I just zoom thru with my wash clothes.
