Everybody has their style for kitchen cabinets but:

What do you have for a color?

and.....

If you were to change the color what would it be?

My cabinets are now painted barnyard red. We have the silver metal blacksplash, and the light oak color laminate flooring.

My cabinets use to just be the oak cabinets, but 4 years ago we sanded them down and painted them red.

When I changed them, I will probably go with white or the destressed green color.

A friend of mine (actually my ex"s, #4 wife) just painted her cabinets doors black the frame of the cabinets are all done in cream and the handles are crream and black checks. They look awesome! If she hadn't done her like this, I wouldn't mind doing mine like this.

Mine are just plain white. I would love dark mahogany cabinets.

We have the typical 1950's style woodgrain cabinets.

When I was looking through the Better Homes and Garden mag. the other day they had a kitchen in there that had really pretty mint ice cream color cabinets. I kinda liked that, it looked really cheery and bright.

We have white cabinets (which are so hard to keep clean!)... but since we rent we can't change the color....

If I could change the color, I would want a mahogany color, or a distressed country green look.

The house was originally built with dark wood cabinets. The previous homeowner left the frames the dark wood and painted just the doors an off-white. It looks awful! I have always intended to repaint the cabinets so they are all the same color but now I am leaning to toward an entire kitchen remodel instead.

I like curly maple cabinets or darker cherry. If went with painted cabinets, I would use a bead-board look.
