I like to change my decor. inside my house with the seasons and I also like to do this outside as well.

For the summer I like to set out flowerpots with flowers, hang a colorful flag out, have some cute garden signs, put out a pretty globe, windchimes, a few small statues (angel, kitties, pooh bear with a garden tool - these are just a few of my items I set out). I have a tiny teacart on my deck with a few items on it.

Do you like to decorate outside?

The only outside decor that changes is we put our full size batting cage up, the other side of our yard is the wiffle ball field (with a few plastic bats leaning up against the deck). Home plate and the bases come out too!

As far as "real" decor......I can kill silk flowers.....LOL.......so, I don't even bother trying to plant or take care of real flowers in the yard or in pots.

I really have no place to hang lighting (for the summer) or even a flag for that matter. The deck layout is too weird for a table or chairs, so not even somewhere that I could put decorations.

Boy do I decorate!

My front porch is decorated in the American theme, complete with stars on either side of the front door. And I have white wicker on the porch with a wagon filled with flowers and different bird houses.

The carport has a bench with a quilt on it. I have a bakers rack with american theme stuff, and a lighthouse chair.

The gazbo has yard animals on it and I have 3 rock gardens that are full of flowers and yard art.

Hey we could be neighbors.I decorate for everything. We are getting ready to put out the American theme stuff out. Out comes patriotc Mickey Mouse and bunting for the windows and railing. I tie red, white, and blue ribbon on the trees. I plant all kinds of flowers. My kids think we are so cool that we do this.
