My pea plants have pea pods. Yeah, Now only if DS won't eat them all before I get any like last year. We had some strawberries already and they must have been good because DD ate them off the plants. . So cute watching her because she's too little to pull them off but she leans down and bites them off. That's why I garden organic. We have some tomatoes and some bell peppers. My lettuce plants are huge. Now if only the squashes and watermelons will flower and produce soon.

We had a freeze last week and I am not sure if my tomato plants made it. We will wait a couple weeks and may have to buy new ones.

I think it may finally be warm enough to plant some things soon.

I planted the peas today, which I could have done a while ago. But my tomato plants are starting to get too big for the containers but I am still afraid to plant them with the darn cold weather we are having. Up and down, up and down.....it is getting old pretty fast!

I have lettuce, the stragglers of spinach that the robins missed before I could fence them off, and my strawberries have blooms. I'm hoping to get DH to finish tilling the thing, so I can put peas, potatoes, onions and maybe some cabbage in. The rest I'm going to wait another week or so before chancing the frost!

I actually have about three itsy bitsy tomatoes. but if it doesn't stop raining, they aren't going to make it. It has rained and rained and rained. This is the rainiest spring I believe I have ever seen. My seed potatoes are ready to plant but I believe it will take about a week of no rain before I can plant them.
I was out there between showers yesterday and noticed some of my gourd plants have broken ground and all my plants look bad because of too much water. I may have to replant the whole thing if it doesn't stop.

Right now there is so much water in my back yard you can't see the grass!!! And it is still coming down and they are calling for rain again tomorrow

I haven't hardly even planted anything yet. Too cold. But we are warming up -- today it was probably in the 70's. I have soooooooo much work to do.

But I do have a bit of spinach, some blooms on my strawberries, and a few herbs.

I was planning on planting more strawberries (mostly roots) but I put them in my frig while we were gone and my stupid piece of junk fridge froze the plants. I have them thawing in water outside. We'll see if they survive.
