Are you like me and only clean it out when you notice there is not much room for other stuff in there??

Or do you do once a week like clockwork??

when something spills.. like the bread and butter pickles that even have the freezer smelling pickly right now..

I try to do this every Thursday when I am making out my grocery list, sometimes it gets forgotten and gets remembered when one of the kids bring a container of food asking if it's safe to eat and does it smell ok!

It's really an ongoing thing for me...I can't stand having any spills, stains, old food etc So I really keep it clean always.

I try to do it before I go grocery shopping, doesn't always happen, but I'd say 80% of the time that is how I do it!

Basically once a week to get rid of leftovers and when I am making out my menu for the following week. I check condiments and things every two weeks before I go to the grocery store.

Whenever it looks like it needs it.

every friday..i clean it out and make a grocery list.

I keep it clean regularly, but I give it a once-over every Monday night. Garbage day is Tuesday and that way I can chuck anything that might need to go.

I do a thorough cleaning (taking shelves out, etc) every 3-4 months probably.
