We have a small container garden, and I have updated my BLOG if anyone is interested... We have two watermelons (SUGAR BABY) growing. And 7 tomato (patio or tiny-tim I forgot) growing. And some cucumbers (picklebush) growing.

My DS really really wants to pick the one tomato that is almost ready.

Pick it when you want! LOL

I usually get them when I only have to give a gentle tug on the tomato and it comes off. Too ripe and they are too squishy for my liking. Too "early" and they are pretty firm, but I like those ones for slicing more.

Pick them green and fry them!
