We don't have carpeting. We have a mix of wood and vinyl flooring in our home.

we USE to have the same carpet throughout the house ( it was 20 years old too)...until i ripped it up...we now have wood floors throughout( even in the kitchen), ceramic in the main bathroom and front hall...vinyl flooring in the half bath and carpet is now just in the basement.

Yes, we have carpeting in our hallway and three bedrooms that is the same.

We don't have any carpets, only wood, linoleum and tile.
