Sorry I didn't post yesterday - DH had off, so we lounged around (while my house got destroyed, like normal) and went to the pool and got ice cream.. So, needless to say, I have to get back on the horse and keep on truckin'. I have a MOPS planning retreat this weekend, and then I'm going to my parents for nearly a week a couple days after I get back from that, so I need to scrub down my house and get things in order.

My TO DO list for the day:

• dust
• clean linen closet out/declutter/reorganize
• mail back netflix
• reschedule WIC appointment
• gather creative activities ideas for retreat
• pin together baby blanket to sew later
• basic cleanup
• load dark laundry
• fold clean laundry
• coupon/sale check for next week's ads
• iron

Anyone want to join in?

I will join but I am not happy about it.

* laundry
* mop the floors
* clean off my desk
* get my books back to the library
* call my internet provider
* dust and vaccum
* clean the entry way

I have lots more to do but I am going to leave it at this so I am not dissapointed in my efforts today.

It seems like cleaning is an never ending task so far today I have gotten done and need to do are:

1 load of laundry dried and another waiting to get dried.
Ran the dishwasher.
Made the beds.
Took the garbage outside.
Need to vaccum the floors.
Sweep and mop the kitchen floor.

fold and put away laundry off line in basement( rained yesterday)
clean 3 litterboxes
walk to library and bring back books( and get more)
weed gardens
dust
sort stuff on shelves in basement
vacuum kitchen floor, living room floor and rec room
start grocery list
basket full of hand sewing needs to be done
clean living room window inside and out
sweep deck
kids might have summer vacation but mom's sure do not.

Update:

I called my internet provider
cleaned off my desk (even my dd said it looked great!!)
recheck out my library books via internet
organized my coupons (really needed to do this)
Cleaned off the counter in the kitchen
did some work that was sitting on the desk to do


The rest will have to roll into tomorrow's to do list.
