Wendy- It is SO easy!! I hardly ever crochet unless it is a blanket or a dish clothe. I'm not one of those crocheters that makes toys and dolls and clothes. I don't know anyone who would use them.

Seriously though, you should learn. I'd be glad to offer advice if your interested.

I think these would be too scratchy to actually use. I have seen similar bags made from recycled jeans or strips of cloth - been told they are difficult to knit - hurt your hands. I really like the idea and would love to try them though.
