How do you keep friends and family members address?

I've used books before but for the past few years I've had a rolodex that I was going through tonight and thinking that it was way out of date. I figure it is either time to get a new book or new rolodex cards. But I'm kind of tired of looking at the rolodex.

What do you use?

In my address book on my Mac. It's a great program. I just print it out if I need a copy. It has great subfolders too. I have one for Christmas cards, for work, for friends, for family, etc.

I use an Excel spreadsheet. When Christmastime comes I print out address labels for my Christmas card envelopes using a merge file in Word.

I do the same thing. I once placed all my info. in an electronic organizer and it died and I lost all of my information.

I thought I was the only one that did that.. I have a running spreadsheet and we also have addresses in Outlook.

I do have a printed hard copy just in case we have a major computer malfunction (we do have backups).
