Do you ever get them?

Don't you just hate it when the weekend is over and there is a TON of stuff to get cleaned on Monday!

This is me this morning, the kids and I were busy getting projects together for the fair that is coming up next week and with that other areas of the house got neglected mainly my kitchen!

What's on your list to get done?

I have major cleaning blues today. The kitchen is torn apart because we replaced the fridge last night. I have several dishes to dump out and wash this morning. I also need to run the dishwasher. The rest of the house is tidy but not necessarily clean. I can't clean and referree my 2 & 5 year old.

I totally feel you. My list for today:

Clean kitchen & bathrooms. Sweep & mop hardwood & tile. Change sheets on beds & of course the usual pick up toys/clutter everywhere.

I do a little cleaning every day and then I don't have much to do on the weekends. So, Monday morning is always hard to get back in the swing of things. I've got vacuuming and dusting on my list today and I will of course have the never ending battle of keeping the kitchen clean!

I have tons and tons of laundry to do. Plus, everything else. I guess I should get off the computer and get working.

With dh in summer break and in and out teaching surf lessons, I feel like every day is a weekend right now. Nice for family time, but awful for cleanliness! Plus, this little baby is making me laaaaazzzzyyyy! (I forget how much energy a little bean sized person takes out of you) I caught up a little, but not enough.

Today I need to dust, vacuum, clean the bathroom, do a load of laundry, run the dishwasher and my yard needs some serious weeding and I need to replace some plants. I need a bit of energy to get this done, asap!

With the toilet breaking and company coming ... I am in complete disarray. I'm not even sure where to start other than I have a load of clothing in the wash and the dishwasher just started.

I am right there with you. Told the kids to play hard b/c at noon their little selves were mine!!! We are cleaning the basement...ie play room, craft room and office. JOY

just got back from a weekend retreat and tomorrow I head up north for my girlfriend's wedding. so i'm doing laundry, general pick-up, dishes and more laundry, then packing again. keeping things in order and spending time with DH before we leave tmw for 5 days.

Thankfully I got done with the cleaning early today. I usually get down and out when I have lots to do.
