I think this is one of my faves for right now. Seriously, very easy to make. I did stick the stems of the daisies into straws and then cut them to size before I stuck them into the cake - this way nothing gets contaminated.  The dirt is crushed oreos (or generic albertson's brand). I stuck the ribbon on with frosting.
Oh, this one was French Vanilla with Pralines n Creme and a chocolate buttercream filling. Frosted in vanilla buttercream before the cookies were added. I can't remember if I used 8" or 9" pans.
My friend called and asked me if I would do her wedding cake if she could get out of her contract with the bakery  . I declined. I don't cover cakes in fondant and she had some really great flavors picked out that I have never tried before. Plus, I want to enjoy the wedding and not have to worry about the cake or if anyone will like it, kwim?
