My latest cake - Our waiter even ate a slice and said he could have eaten the entire cake. Apparently they get a lot of cakes come into their restaurant from a local bakery (not sure since I don't live in that area). He said mine was by far the neatest looking and best tasting cake. His manager or the owner (not sure what he said) commented on the cake that he thought it was really neat - I guess he NEVER makes positive comments like that.

Okay, I'm done tooting my own horn now!

GO for it !! If you use the cookies around the outside - a cheaper version is the cereal straws. I noticed them after I had already used the peppridge farm ones. Cereal straws were 2.49 for 24 (or something like that) to over $7 for 24 of PF. The coco rice krispies are the same coloring as the PF ones.
