LOL Kelli- I hope it's not a weed either! I found the paper that it came in (not the seed pack) and it said it's supposed to be a tree. I'm going to smell it today. The way it's all sprouting out from the center, I'm thinking maybe it could be some type of pine tree

Welll....I found something like it growing in my front garden area....and it's something I was going to pull as a weed LOL! I left it because I thought of your plant
