silly or cheap or just plain ugly, that you can't do without?

I have an extra large yellow Tupperware bowl that has one side of it slightly melted, but I can't tear myself away from it. I use it all the time when I am picking vegetable out of the garden, canning, frezing veggies, when I need to make a large salad for a group of people.

What is your one thing that you can't part with?

An old legal size filing cabinet painted dark green. They just don't make them like they used to, and I can't give it up. I do need to repaint it though.

My friends laugh at this sometimes, but who cares...lol..
I keep my old margarine bowls and cool whip bowls to
wash and reuse for food items that stain such as spaghetti
sauce.

My manual can opener "broke" (the wheels don't turn when you turn the handle) but you can still open a can with the open/close method! It drives my DH crazy and he begged me to buy a new one so I just bought him one for $1 for him to use! I don't know what my attachment to it is but I can't throw it out and I use it all the time!

I too have an old stained tupperware bowl. But it's my only bowl with a lid! I use it all the time. I'm sure there are more things.
