Wow. Maybe you can sell a few. I can't imagine using or freezing that much! Do you have plans for them?

Selling and giving away. We get a bit of traffic, for a dirt road, and I'll just do what I saw (actually stopped and got some red taters at it) on a different house/road stand - just put a jar out saying "donations".

There is NO way I need that many melons!

I've also taken out at least 60lbs of cucumbers so far. I'll get a pic of everything when I'm done, but this far I've now got 24 quarts of dill pickles, 3 quarts of bread and butter pickles, 6 quarts of cinnamon pickles (they are like candy!), and I'm working on chow-chow and relish right now. I'm guessing I'll get 12-18 pints of those tonight!

I don't even want to know how many tomatoes I will get. Or potatoes. I found a stat for how many potatoes per foot of rows, and I'm looking at 100-150lbs of potatoes.

Thank goodness for Craigslist - I've been scooping up jars cheap there!

Wow that is beautiful. I wish I could get my garden to produce as well - well for its size. I have only gotten a few cucumbers, my tomatoes are starting to die - well they pretty much have already. We have gotten zucchini and I have a lot in the freezer for bread later. I am hoping my pumpkins do ok - it is weird a couple of them look great and then 3 of them don't look so good - all of them are getting water so I don't have a clue. I would love to be able to put up so much for the winter. I would love to have potatoes as well.
