Almost ready melon:

Not quite ready (there are like 30 of the dang things growing now!!)

Baby pumpkin:

One of the sunflowers:

Two of the tomato plants - loaded on the inside with tomatoes (Roma)

I've so far made 21 quarts of various pickles, and am working on another 40lbs or so of pickles I've pulled out. Today is making cucumber chow-chow and relish. After this, I'm following mommy2mercedes advice, and just shredding and freezing for making "fake" zuchinni bread!

And I didn't see a weed in sight

I've been weeding diligently! LOL

I really like working on it. It is a bit of work, but I really enjoy it, and I consider it part of my PPD "prescription" from my doctor of getting outside for one hour. There is a big spruce tree right next to it, and I can put DD in the shade on a quilt in the later mornings, and she is happy to play there where I can see her

Gorgeous!!!

I like working on my flower beds. I hope to have a big veggie garden next year This year I have tomatoes & peppers. Our ground hog (live-in under our porch) ate the cauliflower.

Wow, you should be super proud of yourself!!! That is awesome.

I have always found working in my flower beds (or the veggie garden growing up) to be very soothing to my soul.
