My first thoughts were vinegar and baking soda as well. I was thinking just to put both in the wash, and vinegar in the rinse though
If you do dry baking soda, maybe tie 'em up in a garbage bag with the baking soda and shake, let sit awhile.. that's what I'd start with anyway too
